Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
1. Returns
- You have a 14-day return period from the date of purchase to return the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the return tag still attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Please note that returns are not free of charge except the item is defective and the cost of the label will be deducted from the returned amount. Shipping fees are also non-refundable
- You are responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return of the item.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
3. Exchanges
- Please follow the return process mentioned above for the item you wish to exchange.
- Once the item is received, a new one will be sent to your address as requested.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- We will require photo or video evidence of the damage or defect in order to proceed with a replacement or refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items such as gift cards are exempt from being returned.
- Additionally, final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
6. Submit a return request

Log in to your account
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. - Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
